Ingredients

for 5 glasses Glasses á 250 ml
1 kilogram Raspberries
1 organic Lemon (juiced and zested)
1 kilogram Jam sugar

Preparation steps

Wipe the raspberries to remove any dirt, then mix with the lemon juice and the lemon zest. Add the mixture to a pot, mix in the jam sugar, and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes, then remove from the heat.

Test the setting point using the plate method. Fill the prepared jars to the brim and seal immediately.
