Preparation steps

1.

Wipe the raspberries, then mix with the lemon juice and lemon zest in a pot. Bring the raspberry mixture to a boil.

Add the jam sugar, return to a boil, and cook for 1 minute. Fill the prepared jars to the brim with the jam, and seal tightly.
