1 kilogram Raspberries
1 lemon (juiced)
1 Vanilla bean
500 grams jam sugar (2:1 ratio)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the raspberries only if necessary (this can cause them to lose their juice and absorb water). Mix the raspberries with the lemon juice, slit vanilla bean, and the jam sugar. Set aside and marinate for 30 minutes.

Stir together and bring to a boil. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat, and remove the vanilla bean.

3.

Fill hot prepared jars to the brim with the jam, then seal immediately. Cool completely.
