100 milliliters Vegetable broth
1 Tbsp medium-hot Mustard
1 Tbsp honey
1 sprig Dill

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the eggs and remove the yolks. Mash the yolks with the vinegar, oil, broth, mustard, and honey. Rinse the dill and pat dry. Remove the leaves and finely chop.

Mix the dill into the dressing. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice and serve.
