- 300 grams fresh, mixed Lettuce (such as Corn Salad, Lollo bionda, curly endive)
- Oak leaf lettuce (such as dandelion, radicchio)
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Apple
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 Radish
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 sugar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 5 Tbsps Corn oil
Preparation steps

Rinse salad greens and spin dry.

Rinse tomatoes and cut into wedges.
3.
Peel apple, quarter, cut out core, cut into wedges and drizzle with lemon juice.

Trim, rinse and slice the radishes.
5.
Combine all salad ingredients.
6.
For dressing, mix mustard, vinegar and sugar well. Season with salt and pepper and whisk in the oil until well incorporated. To serve, arrange the salad ingredients on plates and drizzle with the dressing.
