- 1 ripe Mango
- 1 pink Grapefruit
- 2 sprigs mint
- 5 ozs Raspberries
- mineral water (to taste)
- In addition: Ice cubes

Preparation steps
Rinse mango and peel. Cut into slices, avoiding the pit.
Halve and juice grapefruit.
Rinse mint, shake dry and remove stems. Thinly slice leaves and set aside for garnish.
Gently rinse raspberries if necessary and drain well. Combine raspberries, mango and grapefruit juice in a tall vessel. Puree until smooth with an immersion blender. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour in smoothie, and top with mineral water to taste. Serve immediately, garnished with mint strips.
