1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Peeler, 1 deep bowl
1 Rinse mango and peel. Cut into slices, avoiding the pit.
2 Halve and juice grapefruit.
3 Rinse mint, shake dry and remove stems. Thinly slice leaves and set aside for garnish.
4 Gently rinse raspberries if necessary and drain well. Combine raspberries, mango and grapefruit juice in a tall vessel. Puree until smooth with an immersion blender. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour in smoothie, and top with mineral water to taste. Serve immediately, garnished with mint strips.
