1 Tbsp honey
250 milliliters cold Yogurt (0.1% fat) (fat level of your choice)
4 Tbsps whipped Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the raspberries. Set 6 berries aside for garnish. Puree the remaining raspberries with the yogurt and the honey. Pass through a fine strainer, if you'd like, then pour into 2 glasses.

Mix in the cream, and stir until combined. Garnish with the reserved raspberries and serve immediately.
