1 Small pot, 1 Casserole dish, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Fine grater, 1 Citrus juicer
Preparation steps
1.
Set aside 12 raspberries for the garnish. Place the rest of the raspberries in a blender with the buttermilk, ice cubes and honey and blend until smooth.
2.
Pour into glasses and serve garnished with the reserved raspberries and the mint.
