1 Tbsp Walnut oil
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the sprouts in a colander and drain. Rinse the chervil, pat dry and pluck off the leaves.

2.

Mix the buttermilk, lemon juice and oil for a dressing. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix the sprouts and chervil and arrange on plates. Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
