2 Tbsps vegetable oil
4 tsps honey
1 handful Lemon thyme

Preparation steps

Rinse peaches, pat dry, and cut in half horizontally. Remove pits and place cut-side down on an oiled baking sheet or grill pan. Drizzle with some honey.

Rinse thyme, shake dry, and sprinkle over peaches. Cover with remaining honey and then drizzle with oil.

Place in the oven under a preheated oven broiler and cook for about 10 minutes, watching carefully.

Garnish with additional thyme sprigs, if desired. Serve hot.
