- Ingredients
- 12 Chicken legs
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps sesame oil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse chicken legs and pat dry. For the barbecue sauce: Rinse the chilli, slice it in half, remove the seeds, and finely chop.
2.
In a small bowl, stir the chili, garlic, sesame seeds, rosemary, ketchup, honey, lemon juice and sesame oil together. Brush some sauce on each chicken leg and place on a preheated grill. Continue to grill the chicken for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, while brushing the legs with additional sauce and turning the legs occasionally. Season with salt to taste before serving.
