- For the marinade
- lemons (juiced)
- salt
- white peppers
- 1 tsp sweet ground paprika
- 4 Tbsps dry sherry
- 8 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Remove the chicken legs from the thighs, then rinse well and pat dry. Mix the marinade ingredients together and add the chicken legs. Stir to coat well and allow to marinate at leat 20 minutes.

Drain, slightly pat dry and place on a hot grill. Grill for 25 minutes; turning and brushing with the marinade as needed. Serve with grilled lemon slices.
