1 Italian white bread
100 grams butter
1 ⅕ kilograms Ground beef
1 tsp Mustard
2 tsps salt
peppers
2 onions
2 Tbsps Chili sauce
1 soy sauce
½ Cucumber
Cherry tomatoes (for garnish)

Preparation steps

For the bread: In a bowl, stir the soft butter with the mustard. Season with pepper to taste. Cut the bread into thick slices and spread with the butter mixture.

For the patties: Peel and finely chop the onions. In a bowl, stir the ground beef with the onions, chili sauce and soy sauce until thoroughly combined. Shape the mixture into patties slightly larger than the bread slices. 

For the bread: Place the bread on a grill with the unbuttered side facing down.Toast until golden and warmed through.

For the patties: Cook the patties on the grill and cook on 1 side. Flip the patties over and place the bread slices on top with the buttered side facing down. Cook until the meat is cooked through. 

For serving: Slice the cucumbers. Halve the tomatoes. Garnish the beef patties with the cucumbers and tomatoes.
