1 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsps soy sauce
4 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 Tbsps Cognac

Preparation steps

1.

Trim meat, rinse and pat dry, thread on a skewer.

2.

Combine all remaining ingredients and brush meat with the mixture. Grill on a hot grill for about 30 minutes, turning often. Brush with marinade often.
