- 800 grams Beef fillet
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 4 Tbsps soy sauce
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps Cognac
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Trim meat, rinse and pat dry, thread on a skewer.

Combine all remaining ingredients and brush meat with the mixture. Grill on a hot grill for about 30 minutes, turning often. Brush with marinade often.
3.
If desired, serve with grilled corn on the cob.
