- 500 grams Ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 (day-old) kaiser roll
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch parsley
- 80 grams Pine nuts
- 30 grams grated Parmesan
- 1 egg
- dried thyme
- salt
- peppers
- olive oil (for brushing)
Preparation steps

Remove crust from roll and process into coarse crumbs. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Rinse and finely chop parsley. In a bowl, combine onion, garlic, parsley, pine nuts, Parmesan, eggs, and ground beef. Season with salt, pepper and thyme to taste.

Form mixture into patties, brush with oil and cook on a hot grill, about 10 minutes per side.
