500 grams mixed Ground meat
1 onion
1 Tbsp butter
1 day-old kaiser roll
1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 egg
½ tsp marjoram
1 tsp Mustard
3 Tbsps olive oil
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onion, chop and sauté in butter. Soak roll in lukewarm water.

2.

Mix onion with parsley and torn roll in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and add marjoram, mustard, egg and meat. Knead into a smooth mixture and form 8 patties.

3.

Brush with olive oil and cook on the grill while turning, 8-10 minutes. (If desired, confirm that meat is cooked through with a meat thermometer.)
