- ½ ounce dried Seaweed
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 large Cucumber
- ½ cup Aloe vera juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- Mint sprig (to garnish)
1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Sieve, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Teaspoon
Place the seaweed in a bowl with the water and set aside to soak for 45 minutes.
Cut 12 thin slices from the cucumber and set aside for the garnish. Roughly chop the rest of the cucumber.
Place the chopped cucumber in a blender with the soaked seaweed and its liquor, the aloe vera juice and the chopped mint.
Blend until smooth then strain through a fine sieve. Pour the juice into glasses filled with ice and garnish with the cucumber slices and the mint sprigs.
