1 small Mango
100 grams cream cheese
1 tsp Curry powder
½ small red onion
2 small Lettuce
4 slices white bread
Chives (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and sear in hot butter for about 5 minutes per side. Remove and let cool.

2.

Peel the mango and slice the flesh. Peel the red onion and cut lengthwise into strips. Slice the chicken.

3.

Spread the cream cheese over 2 slices of bread and sprinkle with curry. Top with lettuce, mango, chicken and red onion then the remaining bread.

4.

Serve garnished with chives.
