Cheese, Lettuce and Pear Sandwiches
Puree the Brie, cream cheese and pepper in a blender and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the rolls in half and spread with butter. Separate the radicchio into individual leaves, rinse, spin dry and coarsely chop. Arrange the radicchio on the buttered buns. Rinse the pears, cut in half lengthwise, remove the core, and slice. Arrange the pear slices on the radicchio, top with the cheese mixture and cover with the remaining bread tops. Wrap with plastic wrap to take on the go.
