- 8 leaves Lettuce (such as hearts of romaine)
- ¼ Cucumber
- 1 Sprout (such as alfalfa)
- 1 Red paprika
- 2 Tbsps milk
- 100 grams cream cheese
- 1 tsp Horseradish
- black peppers
- 8 slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 12 slices smoked turkey breasts

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and pat dry lettuce, sprouts and cucumber. Cut cucumber into thin slices. Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, rinse and finely chop. Mix cream cheese with the milk until smooth and season with pepper and horseradish. Stir in the diced bell pepper.

Spread 4 slices of whole wheat bread with the pepper-cream cheese mixture and arrange lettuce, turkey breast slices, cucumber and sprouts on top. Top sandwiches with remaining bread slices.
