- 1 Lettuce
- 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 350 grams cooked Chicken breasts
- 1 red onion
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 120 grams Gouda
- 200 grams Bacon (in slices)
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the lettuce, spin dry and chop.
2.
Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Cut the cooked chicken into pieces. Peel the onion and dice finely.
3.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, gently peel off the skin, cut into small cubes and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
4.
Grate the gouda cheese. Cut the bacon into cubes, fry in a pan until crispy and drain on a paper towel.
5.
Place the greens in a bowl and arrange the tomato, chicken, avocado and onion on it.
6.
Mix the oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and serve sprinkled with cheese and bacon.
