- 300 grams Penne
- 50 grams Frozen pea
- 3 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 50 grams Bacon
- 175 grams cooked Chicken breasts
- 150 grams Gruyere (block)
- salt
- peppers (ground)
- Basil

Preparation steps
1.
Boil pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
2.
Cook peas 5 min. in boiling salted water, then drain.
3.
Cut the bacon into strips and cook until crisp in a pan without fat.
4.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
5.
Cut the cheese into small, thin squares.
6.
Drain noodles, put them back into the pot, stir in the tomato paste and let heat. Add the cheese and let it melt while stirring, then chicken, bacon and peas, allowing to heat. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with coarsely chopped basil.
