- 3 Grapefruit
- 5 Oranges
- 3 Tbsps liquid honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 300 milliliters light beer
- 40 grams Pine nuts

Preparation steps
1.
Squeeze the juice from one grapefruit and one orange. Mix the grapefruit juice, orange juice and beer. Bring to a boil and simmer until reduced by 1/3. Stir in the honey and cinnamon. Let cool.
2.
Peel the remaining grapefruits and oranges and cut into fillets. Mix the fruit with the beer mixture. Pour into glasses and serve sprinkled with pine nuts.
