Preparation steps

Add the tea to a teapot. Boil 500 ml (approximately 17 ounces) of water, then let cool slightly. Pour over the tea and let steep for 10 minutes.

Rinse the organic lemon under hot water, wipe dry, and remove the zest. Squeeze the juice from the lemons, grapefruit, and oranges. Place all of the juices into a pot. Pass the tea through a fine strainer into the pot. Mix in the orange zest, sweeten to taste with honey, and pour into glasses. Garnish with chamomile flowers and serve.
