fresh Orange juice
4 Tbsps honey
2 inches freshly grated ginger (peeled and grated)
3 cups Soda water
lemons (to garnish)
Limes (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Mix the juice together and pour about 200 ml into a small pan.
2.
Add the honey and ginger to the pan and heat gently until the honey has melted. Strain into a large bowl and add the remaining juice.
3.
Pour in the soda water, add the slices of fruit and the ice then ladle into glasses and serve immediately.
