- 2 organic Grapefruit (red)
- 1 handful Ice cubes
- 2 Grapefruit (White)
- 100 milliliters brown Rum
- 200 milliliters Mango juice
- 200 milliliters Passion fruit juice
- 50 milliliters lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps honey (to taste)
- 400 milliliters Orange juice
- mineral water (0.5 liter)
Preparation steps
1.
Cut red grapefruits in half and cut into slices. Add to a punch bowl with the ice cubes. Cut white grapefruits in half and squeeze the juice.

Mix grapefruit juice with rum, mango juice, passion fruit juice, lemon juice, honey and orange juice. Pour into the punch bowl. Fill bowl to taste with mineral water and serve.
