3 ½ ozs Dark chocolate (70%)
1 large egg
1 egg yolk
2 Tbsps powdered sugar
cup Whiskey
1 ⅔ cups cream (30%)
2 Tbsps grated Dark chocolate (70% for garnish)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Paper towel, 1 Tablespoon, 2 Pots, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Brush, 1 Slotted spatula

MELT THE CHOCOLATE

Melt both types of chocolate in a bain-marie.

MAKE THE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Beat the egg and egg yolk with the icing sugar over a bain-marie until thick and creamy. Stir in the chocolate and the whisky and leave to cool down slightly. Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold into the cooled cream.

SERVE

Spoon into glasses and chill for about 3 hours. Serve sprinkled with grated chocolate.
