Ingredients

2 centiliters Rum
200 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt over a hot water bath, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and cool slightly. Beat the egg yolks over a hot water bath until creamy. Remove from the heat and stir in the melted chocolate. Stir in the rum.

Beat the cream until stiff. Quickly beat the cream into the chocolate mixture. Chill for at least 3 hours.

Peel, halve and cut the kiwis into small pieces. Peel the orange, remove the white skin and cut into fillets. Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Halve the pomegranate and remove the seeds. Mix the fruit together.

Place the chocolate mousse on a plate and place the fruit around it. Melt the chocolate over a hot water bath and drizzle on the mouse and fruit. Sprinkle approximately 1 teaspoon of oats on top and garnish with mint. Serve immediately.
