Preparation steps

1.

Peel the garlic and crush in mortar. Rinse the pepperoncino and cut in half. Remove the seeds and julienne.

Mix the garlic with the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chili, powder, and the pepperoncinos. Mix until the sugar has dissolved.
