This light, low calorie sauce is the perfect topping for anything! Put it on meat, vegetables, or rice to transform a bland meal into something exciting!

Serve this on top of grilled meat or vegetables and rice for a well balanced meal. Add chopped peanuts and cilantro for a garnish.

2 red chili peppers
1 green chili pepper
1 yellow chili pepper
3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
¼ cup Rice wine vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt

1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Grill pan, 1 Wooden skewer

Preparation steps

Rinse and cut the chili peppers in half. Remove the ribs and seeds and finely chop.

Put the peppers, garlic, vinegar, sugar, salt, and 9 ounces of water in a saucepan. Simmer for approximately 15 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Serve warm or cold.
