- 1 yellow chili pepper
- 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup Rice wine vinegar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt

Preparation steps

Rinse and cut the chili peppers in half. Remove the ribs and seeds and finely chop.

Put the peppers, garlic, vinegar, sugar, salt, and 9 ounces of water in a saucepan. Simmer for approximately 15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
3.
Serve warm or cold.
