75 grams Ajvar
25 grams Tomato paste
Tabasco sauce
1 tsp parsley (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

1.

Heat the oil in a pan, then sauté the shallot in the hot oil. Stir in the tomato paste, sauté briefly, then add the ajvar, broth, and the gravy.

Gently simmer the mixture for 5 minutes, then season to taste with salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce. Mix in the parsley, and serve.
