150 grams red chili peppers
1 onion
5 garlic cloves
100 milliliters apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp salt
150 grams brown sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and halve the chilis. Remove the stem and the seeds. Peel and coarsely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Add to a blender with the chili peppers, and process until finely chopped.

Add to a pot with the apple cider vinegar, salt, sugar, and 500 ml (approximately 17 ounces) of water. Bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat, and simmer gently for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce has slightly thickened. Divide into sterilized bottles, seal tightly, and cool completely.
