Nutritional values
White tea contains a very high content of polyphenols: highly effective antioxidants that strengthen the immune system and protect our cells. Just like green and black tea, white tea is also stimulating and promotes concentration. In addition, white tea already provides 25 percent of our daily fiber requirement, which is great for the intestines.
For cherimoyas to taste best, they must be ripe. Let them ripen quietly at home after buying them until the skin gives way a little bit under slight pressure. The seeds must not be eaten, they are poisonous!
