½Banana (about 100 grams)
5 ouncesVanilla yogurt (1.5% fat)
2 tablespoonsMilk (low-fat)
1 teaspoonoil-free Cocoa powder
1 teaspoonGrated chocolate
2Walnuts

1 deep bowl, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Glass, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small knife, 1 Cutting board

Directions

Display mode:
1 Peel the half banana, roughly chop and place in a high vessel. Add yogurt and milk and blend until frothy with an immersion blender.
2 Pour half the yogurt-milk mixture into a glass, add cocoa powder and grated chocolate and stir well.
3 Chop walnuts and stir into remaining yogurt-milk mixture. Pour mixture slowly over the back of a spoon into the glass. Serve with a thick smoothie straw.
