Preparation
Kitchen utensils
1 Pot, 1 Skillet, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Small bowl, 1 Plate, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Sieve, 1 Whisk, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Lid
Preparation steps
1.
Blanch peas in boiling water. Drain well and rinse under cold running water.
2.
Blend peas, green tea and yogurt together until smooth. Pass through a fine wire mesh sieve and set aside.
3.
For Wasabi Paste:
4.
In a small bowl, mix the wasabi powder with a tablespoon of water to create a paste. Place the wasabi paste in a tall, slim beaker with the remaining water; add the rice vinegar and soy lecithin powder. Blend with a stick blender and chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
5.
When ready to serve, pour the smoothie mixture into glasses. Blend the wasabi foam mixture again, lifting the blender toward to top of the container to incorporate as much air as possible. Let the mixture settle for 1 minute, then lift out the foam with a slotted spoon and pour it on top of each smoothie. Serve immediately.
