8 thin Flatbread (or wrap tortillas)
100 grams cream cheese
50 grams Mayonnaise
1 tsp Wasabi (or more to taste)
1 generous pinch garlic powder
salt

2 ripe Avocados
2 Tbsps lemon juice
16 Lettuce
1 large, red onion

Preparation steps

Rinse the lettuce leaves and shake dry. Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise and wasabi. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Evenly spread the flatbread with wasabi cream and top with lettuce leaves. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, cut into wedges and remove the shell. Drizzle the avocado slices with lemon juice and place on the salad leaves. Peel the onion and cut into strips, blanch them briefly in boiling water and place them on the avocado slices. Roll up the wrap sandwich.
