- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- ½ tsp ground Cumin
- 1 ½ Tbsps fresh Lime juice
- 2 cups green Cabbage (or lettuce)
- 24 ozs Halibut fillet
- 1 Tbsp Canola oil
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 4 Flour tortillas (10-inches)
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 ripe Avocado (peeled; stone removed and sliced)
- 1 medium, sweet, red Bell pepper (rinsed; trimmed and diced)
- 1 Jalapeño (rinsed; seeded and thinly sliced)

Preparation steps
1.
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cumin and lime juice. Add shredded cabbage and toss until nicely coated. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use (up to 2 days).

Preheat broiler. Rinse fish under cold running water and pat completely dry with paper towels. Brush lightly with oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Broil for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily.

Warm tortillas according to package instructions. Lay tortillas on serving plates. Arrange shredded cabbage in the center of each tortillas, sprinkle with shredded cheese. Top with fish, avocado slices, red peppers, and jalapeño slices. Gently fold into a burrito. Serve.
