16 ozs ground Turkey
2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
½ tsp fresh ginger (grated)
1 Tbsp sweet paprika
2 tsps ground, dry Mustard
1 tsp ground Cumin
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt (to taste)
freshly ground peppers (to taste)
Oil (for grill grate)
fresh Baby spinach (rinsed)
1 ripe Avocado (peeled and sliced)
2 ripe Tomatoes (rinsed and sliced)
1 Red onion (peeled and sliced)
4 gourmet Rolls (sliced horizontally)
dressing Condiments (your favorite)

Preparation steps

Prepare grill for direct grilling and preheat to high heat.

In a large bowl, combine turkey, garlic, ginger, paprika, dry mustard, cumin, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine. Using clean hands, form into 4 generous patties or 8 small patties.

Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until an instant read thermometer reads 165°F, and juices run clear.

To assemble; arrange spinach, avocado, tomatoes, burgers and onions on the bottom half of each roll. Drizzle with your favorite condiment or dressing, top with the remaining roll. Serve.
