12 leaves Lettuce
140 grams Tuna (canned; in water)
1 ripe Avocado
1 Red onion
salt
peppers
1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce leaves and spin dry.

2.

Drain tuna and shred in a bowl with a fork.

3.

Cut avocado in half and remove the pit. Cut the flesh from the shell into small cubes and add to the tuna.

Peel onion, chop finely and add to the tuna. Mix well and season with salt, pepper and 1 squeeze of lemon juice.

5.

Place 2 lettuce leaves next to each other, slightly overlapping. Spread tuna mixture in the center of the leaves. Roll lettuce leaves tightly, cut in half and secure with toothpicks. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Arrange on a platter and serve.
