200 grams Tofu
100 milliliters Soy milk (unsweetened)

Preparation steps

1.

Roast the pine nuts in a dry small saucepan. Rinse the strawberries, trim,  and coarsely chop. Add sugar and vanilla sugar in a blender and puree. Drain the tofu and cut into small pieces. Add tofu and soy milk and mix well again.

2.

Finally, stir in the oil. Distribute the pudding into 4 bowls and serve garnished with pine nuts.
