200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
4 Tbsps honey
Currants (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Remove the zest of the orange. Slice into quarters and squeeze the rest of the juice.

2.

Rinse the strawberries, Trim and combine with crumbled tofu, yogurt, honey and orange juice and zest. Put in a blender and puree.

3.

Pour into glasses and serve garnished with orange slices and currants.
