- For filling
- 16 ozs fresh Strawberries (washed and hulled)
- 3 ½ Tbsps sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- For topping
- ⅔ cup flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp Sea salt
- 5 Tbsps cold butter (cubed)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 5 Tbsps sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 400°F.

In medium bowl add strawberries, sugar and flour. Lightly stir to combine and pour into baking dish.
3.
To assemble topping, in a medium bowl add flour, baking powder, salt and butter. Work mixture with clean hands until butter in incorporated. Add oats and sugar and combine with a fork until a nice crumble texture is formed. Evenly spread topping over strawberries.
4.
Set baking dish on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
5.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
