Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the spinach, trim, remove tough stems and spin dry. Rinse the apples and cut into chunks.

2.

Place the spinach and mint sprigs firmly in the juicer with the apple and juice. 

3.

Mix the vegetable juice with lemon juice and oil. Pour the drink into a glass and top off with mineral water. Serve garnished with mint.
