Preparation steps
1.

Rinse grapefruit with hot water, wipe dry and halve. Cut 1 thin slice and set aside as a garnish. Juice remaining fruit.

In a cocktail shaker (or a container with a tight-fitting lid), combine grapefruit and spinach juices with ice cubes. Shake vigorously and pour into a glass. Garnish with reserved grapefruit slice.
