150 grams baby Spinach
1 Romaine lettuce
6 sprigs oregano
2 Tbsps White vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Cut melon pulp cut into wedges and cut duck breast into thin slices. Wrap melon wedges into slices of duck breast.

2.

Rinse and spin dry spinach. Tear, rinse and spin dry romaine lettuce leaves. Rinse oregano, shake dry and pluck off leaves.

3.

Combine vinegar with oil, season with salt and pepper to taste.

4.

Combine salad greens, drizzle with vinaigrette, season with salt and pepper and arrange on plates. Top with melon wedges and serve immediately.
