1 Citrus juicer, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 deep bowl
1 Juice lime into a tall vessel.
2 Rinse mint and cilantro and shake dry. Pluck leaves from one sprig of cilantro and set aside as a garnish. Coarsely chop remaining cilantro and mint and add to lime juice.
3 Add yogurt and ice cubes and season to taste with salt and pepper. Puree until smooth with an immersion blender. Pour into a glass, top with mineral water and stir to combine. Garnish with cilantro leaves and cardamom to taste. Serve immediately.
