2 ounces Yogurt (low-fat)
3 tablespoons Coconut milk (low-fat)
½ cup Mineral water (chilled)
1 pinch Saffron threads

Rinse peach, then plunge briefly into a pot of boiling water. Rinse with cold water and peel off skin. Halve, remove pit and chop.
