Nectarines are a good source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and potassium. These nutrients can help improve metabolism, digestion, and heart health. The yogurt provides calcium which is vital for bones and teeth, and healthy fats, which are vital for heart health and the brain.
You can use honey or maple syrup for a sweetener instead of sugar. You could even use a banana for an even more natural sweetener.
