- ¼ cup paprika
- 3 Tbsps hot Chili powder
- 1 ½ cups fresh lemon juice
- 5 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger (chopped)
- 2 tsps salt
- 48 ozs chicken
Preparation steps

In a large bowl, stir together the paprika, chili powder, lemon juice, garlic, ginger and salt. Split the chicken into pieces separating the breasts, thighs and legs. Rub chicken with the mixture, place in a dish, and marinate for 2 - 3 hours in refrigerator.

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil grate. Place the chicken on the prepared grill. Cook chicken about 40 minutes, turning occasionally, until the skin is slightly charred and juices run clear.
