2 Tbsps Cream cheese (13% fat) (about 50 grams)
4 slices Prosciutto
4 sheets Radicchio

1 Skillet, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon (or spatula), 1 Plastic wrap

Preparation steps

Rinse pear, pat dry, quarter, core and cut into slices.

Heat oil and butter in a pan. Fry pear slices for 2 minutes on each side over medium heat. Lightly salt and pepper and allow to cool.
